  Little T Baker  is a modern neighborhood bakery guided by four elements: "flour, science, hands and heart." With these, Little T Baker brings together the best ingredients from as many local Oregon growers and purveyors as possible; knowledge of the fermentation process and baking science; a mastery of hand-shaping skills; and a love and passion for baking. From their home on Division, Little T Baker provides daily loaves, pastries, cookies, seasonal treats, and specialty baking flours to Providore.
  Arrosto  is Pastaworks' homage to the rotisserie chickens found on the Ligurian Coast of Italy. Rubbed with lemon and rosemary oil, then roasted slowly, our free-range chickens get just a touch of smoke from the wood-fire rotisserie. Birds are available a la carte or as dinners including a salad, roasted potatoes, Pastaworks focaccia, and the revered Calabrian chile Arrosto sauce.
