It's the return of the always popular Flying Fish Sushi Class! Learn the basics of making your own sushi at home, as taught by Chef Kevin Trinh of Bamboo Sushi. Participants will get a tutorial in hand-slicing fish, making hand rolls and maki, sourcing sustainable seafood, and pairing saké with sushi. Come hungry, because you'll get to eat everything you roll!
